Margaret May
Margaret May FCMA holds several non-executive roles in the public/not-for-profit sectors, including at her professional body CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), the Government Decontamination Service and the Housing Ombudsman.
Over a 20-year period, Margaret was employed in a number of roles in both the private and public sectors, rising to divisional general manager at Doeflex PLC. In 1989 she moved into consultancy/training, forming MAP (Management Accountants in Practice) with CIMA colleagues. Her clients included Anglian Water and Manchester Housing.
She is the author of published works, including FT Executive Briefings and GEE Online.
