Paul Hoey
Paul Hoey manages the Standards Board for England's research programme and oversees the production of guidance, policy development and the management of stakeholder relations.
Paul previously worked for the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions (DTLR), negotiating on its behalf with the United Nations and a range of European agencies largely on issues relating to the environment and sustainability. He went on to develop new model local authority constitutions before being seconded from the DTLR to help with the formation of the Standards Board, and has been influential in establishing its structures and procedures.
