Jennifer Rogers
Before joining the Standards Board for England, Jennifer was a member of the Police Complaints Authority, where she reviewed investigations into complaints of police misconduct and supervised investigations. She was a Mental Health Act commissioner for ten years dealing with complaints and promoting good practice. She chaired the commission's national standing committee on complaints and was a lay member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
