The Case Review is an annual publication through which we share our experience of conducting investigations, giving legal advice and developing policy in relation to the Code of Conduct.

The Case Review 2007 is our second paragraph-by-paragraph analysis of the Code of Conduct. Each paragraph of the revised Code (2007) is explored through a series of questions and answers, followed by case examples wherever possible.

The Case Review 2007 is aimed at monitoring officers, members, standards committees and anyone interested in ethical standards in local government.
