Guidance
The publication of guidance is central to the support function of the Standards Board for England. Our guidance helps local authorities and their members to interpret the Code of Conduct. It also advises standards committees and monitoring officers on their roles and responsibilities, particularly in relation to the local assessment of complaints, local investigations and determinations.
